It is time to put some light over the most discussed topic of these days. Art Student of the MS University Badodra came into the limelight of the media when VHP Activists set another example of vandalism. Yes you are correct we are talking about the Art Exhibition of the creative work done by an art Student which was exhibited inside the University Campus. Not only the student was put behind the bar but also the dean of the Art Department was suspended saying he was encouraging to the Profane Activities.

Lots of Social Activists and the Education supporters have shown their support for the university students. UGC Management officials have frowned and asked the management of the University Why this issue was handled in only in one direction. First of all we should understand that sexism or something related to this has totally entrenched in our society and when it come to Ajanta,Alora it is considered to be an Art Work of the past but when such thing happens nowadays it becomes the pray of the predator (VHP), or precisely I should say religious predators. I don’t understand why they are too much worried about the feelings of all the populace of India. Need not to say it is all happening under the haven of dirty politician.I want to ask the question from these religious factions? What they really mean by decrementing of the feelings. We have courts for handling these kinds of issue and people can file a petition if they feel they have been befooled.

Either you take the case of kissing of the Richard Gere to Shilpa or any other this kind of act is just a mere political move nothing more than that. Thanks god Lord Krishna did all those “raas leelas” at the time when there were not organizations like VHP or bajarang dal. It is really shameful that one side we talk about following the “Gandhigiri” and other side we become too vindictive. I think what Government should come up with some norms those needs to be followed strictly when any kind of art exhibition or creative event is organized. If you know that these kind of art can detriment your feelings than need not to go for exhibition

This kind of protest will keep on occurring in the Country like India until we start looking at the things in different way. Even after 60 years of independence we keep on fighting for religion, it is really shameful. Till when art will be considered an indictable offence and innocent students will be kept behind the bar. Are we again going back to the Stone Age or really this is what called Development ---Development of cynic feeling, growth of the impractical mindset. New Era of UP Politics

Auspicious day in the history of Uttar Pradesh (UP) Politics. After 26 year the drought of winning the election without other party alliance ended with the big margin victory of Sushri Mayavati,Supremo leader of Bahujan Samajwadi Party(BSP). Let’s play around her name if we divide her name into two it will be May+avati and in the Hindi its meaning can be “I come”. So this is what she has proved in this election. This UP election will be known for many things. Either it is fray among the BJP party workers or the stringent rules applied by our Honorable Chief Election Commission Officer Mr. Krishnamurthy.

Let’s put into words one by one in sardonic way. Brawl of the constituency started the day Election Commission (EC) shown his diplomatic protest against all the parties including the ruling Samajwadi Party (SP).It is true dominance of EC in the election started form the T.N Sheshan but the power of the EC is shown by the Current Mr. Murthy .Hats of a decision of putting the paramilitary forces at all the suspicious polling booth and good determination of voiding all the chances of any kind of vote rigging.

Bhartiya Janta Party(BJP) start digging their own grave,the day they decided to flaunt the venomous CD containing the misleading and religious content that can detriment religious feelings. It is another thing that they were in predicament of accepting the truth of making this CD and go against their election campaign or stick to their hinduvadi funda. Result of the election has shown that making government in UP is not their cup of tea and they should change their agenda of winning the heart of gullible voters.

Really it was a setback for the Samajwadi Party (SP) to get mere 23% vote in this election. Last 5 yrs we saw the rise in the corruption, issue of insecurity and GundaRaj. Party became the haven for many political gundas and criminal. Take an example of Nithari Case or abduction of the son of Adobe Vice President These examples can give you the feeling the way criminals flouted the rules , regulation and fear of the Police administration in the air.

Before Coming to the BSP I want to give you the latest news, after taking an oath of Chief Minister Ship Mayawati has transferred many higher level officials whose posting was considered to be the mulayam controlled. Meerut Zone DIG has been transferred and Honest DIG HariPrakash Shukla has been deputed. My intention of giving this example was to tell the kind of strategy Mayawati had made before election and now she is trying to implement it. Joining the hands with the Braham Samaj and even Muslims people gives and indication of new era of UP Politics. Hope if it continues to be free of caste and religion based politics.


With the resurrection of the BSP, UP politics has taken a new move. Prognostication of the decision is lying in the hands of MayaWati, whether this move is beneficial for them who have elected Mayawati as their Chief Minister. Let’s wait and watch…

FATE OF WORLD CUP 2007

23 March 2003 became a matter of archaeology when Indian team was drubbed by the Australia. It will be unfair to comment about the excitement of that match.Indeed it was having not because of the batting or fielding line up of the rivals but because of "Indra Devta". Now we should not decry much more to our talented players as we should understand their hidden talent that will be outburst some time. It is just a mere prognostication that may be true or mai not as i am not bejan daruwala who will publish "Indian Cricket Team in 2007" kind of books. I think aberration from the old story is required as the more we criticize our player more detest we start feeling. Now as today is final and we should think more about that. It is really squirming we are not in final but we should boost up our asian team(against our main rival of 2003) for doing something different. Everyone wants one's country to win the world cup but just the desire is enough to create a history,i think it is not.Will this will be our last hope of winning the world cup when we have sachin,saurav and rahul like class player and still we are 100 miles away from the world Cup then who will win this world cup in the future.Yuvi,kaif,jafer,gambhir(who does't look damn serios many times)etc. will they have enough skills and talent to do it again as Kapil's team did in 1983...

For those who don’t know about this deal there is brief description. Tata Steel will bid for the Europe's second largest steel producer Corus today night.Corus has rude steel production of 18.2 million tons primarily in U.K. and Netherlands. The Acquisition is proposed to be made by Tata Steel U.K.As much I have read about articles TATA is having enough resources to say yes to this deal.

If Tata Steel is able to win this bid then Tata steel will not only become 5th largest producer of steel in this world. Now one thing important is why Tata wants to buy corus ispite of the fact that currently the offer that company is going to make is more than 11 Billion $ and Corus may not be worth of it. Simple Answer of this question may be long vision and to acquire European market. Corus is having client of big Automakers like Mercedes, BMW so directly shaking hands with these giant being a Indian company is not possible so best solution is acquisition.More details about Corus can be seen at

Everything was going fine but CSN of Brazil came in between and now both companies are trying to outdo each other on share price and evaluations. CSN came into light by raising the 500 pence a share to 515 pence a share .So currently going on bidding meeting will be a great struggle of Economic Analysis and who will hold the nerve between the two, God Knows. Corus is cashing the benefit of this fight because of this intense battle stock prices of it’s at seven-year high.

Ratan Tata is in the limelight from last few months and because of this his status in the market and prestige is on the verge. If he takes status and reputation on higher priority and evaluates the Corus more than what he will gain in future then it will be strategically loss to Ratan and Big win for CSN for Brazil. What best we can do is wait for the tomorrow because bidding process is happening inside closed doors and it is not liked Indian movies “Diwaro ke bhi kaan hote hai “ or Greg Chappel Confidential letter that was leaked out easily it is meeting of big Steel giant of becoming bigger.

Guru ------The ultimate movie

Hi friends last week i saw the movie Guru and i want to share something with u.First of all before watching the movie i went with the mindset it will be a movie with great imagination of maniratnam who has already given yuva /dil se kind of movie , plus point with this movie was beautiful music by A.R. Rahman.After watching the whole movie i found it interesting.In the whole movie few points is presented successfully ........never to say die attitude to guru kant desai.........Himmat of that guy and one thing that i liked was ... it does't matter how far u r from earth but still u have to keep urs feet on earth only......he became successful in his own terms .
In the second half of the movie when everyone was against guru because his company has to shut down.....one inspiring statement of a person ......" guru sahab aap himmat mat harna aapke share ki wajah se maine apni teen ladkiyo ki shaddi ki hai" has molded in such a beautiful fashion that what to say abt that.

A.R. Rahman is wonderful music director as usual.This year has started with such a good movie may be we can see some other good movies ahead of this year. One shock to all amir fans that rang de basanti has been knocked out from the race of oscar while shame for Indian politicians who played dirty politics few year ago against the "Deepa mehta" directed movie "Water" starring john abraham , lisa ray.This movie has been selected among top 5 best foreign nominated movies,but if this movie wins the oscar also it will be for Canada not India. We yell about brain drain and other things this is not a example of Indian loosing their identity as this movie is nominated on behalf of the foreign country.

With a wish that this movie will sure win the oscar award and that will be a slap on the politicians.

Recruitment or deception

Hi Friends form many days I was thinking of writing on this topic. If you look 4-5 yrs back then we can easily find the way India IT industry has boomed. They way companies are following MA and AC policies. Lots of acquisition is happening day by day. At one place Infosys is known for its homely atmosphere and another place Satyam is known for paying less to the employee. But in spite of so much good happening around us one question still strikes in the mind why these India software biggies are recruiting so many people every year. Is really they have enough work to do or something else.

After scratching your head for long answer will come ……..no .They don’t have that much work but still they are doing it. I can tell you the name of many biggies who keep on recruiting the people just to make the name of their company more big ,because how many employee are in the company is one of the major criteria to be big.

Infosys with more than 20000 employee and TCS may be little bit less. Sometimes during my working hours I used to get some mail that is nothing but the bulletin board mail of the Infosys employees who are on bench. What a funny content it used to have.

But looking more carefully it is not funny at all. Now as we have entered in 2007 and everywhere we are reading listening about India poised.

Number of patents filed from this country of 100 million people is very less compare to Australia or other country because the quality of people doing job there are much more than we have. We keep on waving the flag of outsourcing in our hand and used to pat our self yes India you are growing and rapid GDP growth of 8.5 % every year.

I have few friends in Wipro who joined as WASean progam (Recruiting the people from the college and allowing them to do their MS from BITS –Pilani along with 5 days work in the office).When one day while talking they told me that during presentations to the client while introducing about the team structuring name of WASians was out of the list just because “WASIan” college graduate working for a big MNC how it is possible, we do great work how our imagination at work will flourish. It is because of that management who want to make these company pure bureaucratic companies.

From my perspective there are long way to go ……….

If we put side by side India (For its preparation for Common Wealth Games 2010) and China and its preparation for the Olympic 2008 then we can come to know why China is growing so speedily. China known for their nature of following their own language is now learning English and that will be biggest slap for India if they overtake us in the field of software industry.

Hi friends ,

here i go again.Till now i used to find very less time to update my blog but from now time onwards i will do the same.From last one year i was planning to write one book ray of hope in life as i wrote only 6-7 pages after that i did't get a time to write more pages becuase of work-pressure but i will do the same.

here is some part of the first chapter...........let me know if it is interesting .......or it is boring so that i can improve my way of writing and i can imporve in the next chapters........so here u can enjoy the chapter 01........

Our life is both sequential and centralized. We can't come to office before getting out of bed and you will not believe about the fact that i am going to tell you? If I ask you, you know the name of the person who knows first that u have reached the office? Can u Guess? It is you.

If you look at the life then will realize it is like the pages of a book when you know the language of the text you can read it very fast, same way if we simulate here, if you know the mission of yours life or what you want to achieve in life then easily you can live yours life otherwise like the book, life will stagnate somewhere.

It is the point when people start feeling that i am fed up with my life because we don't know what to do? Who i am? For Example: - A lover whose heart is broken by his girl- friend, for him all this living world is like a black hole, everyone seems selfish, he starts feeling no one loves him. He forgets the friends and parents with and for whom he was living from more than twenty years......Is it the end of life ................NO. One better example I remember is you take a breath daily without knowing that you are breathing .Now before going to bed in the night feel it carefully? You will realize that now it is you who are taking breath not automatically it is happening and you will not be able to sleep until you stop thinking about it.

So life is how you live it .Best way to live the life is to make this feel to others that you are the happiest person in this living world. Hiding all the sorrow inside you .But when u feel bad never avoid sharing it with some one because if you don't share yours sorrow with some one special (may be best friend, Girl friend, and may be family member) this will explode finally like an atom bomb and this explosion will not only harm others but yourself, your personality.
